Brief Update

Perhaps a little less time for the type of introspection I've done the past couple of mornings. I am still proceding under the assumption that I'll return to the hospital tomorrow. As such, I need to pull items together to take with me (where's that laptop?), and set a few things in order around the house to make temporary single parenthood manageable for Marla.

I'll be back on line from the Hospital and will be certain to update "Where's Russ" when I know definitively where I'll be tomorrow.

  1. Russ,
I agree with Rob. Your haircut looks great. Keep strong and mentally active. You will get through this. Good luck with Round 2.

  2. Dear Russ,
I have been in and out of Westat since I’ll be retiring soon (Today is my last day as a “full timer”). I’m thinking of you and wish you great results with your treatment.
We all appreciated your help with DAWN. Take care, Josefina

  4. Hi Russ,
Where's Russ! Where's your ID? Where's your laptop? Got your pj's? It's amazing you're ready for round 2 already, I'm excited. Before you know it you'll be back to work. I can't wait to get up each morning and read your posts. Just like coming down on Christmas morning to see the presents that Santa brought. You have such a way with words that really give meaning to life. I am grateful and feel privileged to read your posts and share in your journey.

    Take care,
    Marie

  6. We all have storms in this lfe that we have to weather, this is yours. When this is over you will be stronger as a person both physically and mentally. Never mind the mohawk, all you need now is some red and purple hair dye. God bless and hope all goes well with this round of treatment. God bless you and your family.
